Jalaron 15 mil pesos de nuestra cuenta por una placa perdida que estamos seguros ellos mismos robaron pues el GPS del vehículo siempre estuvo activado y no permitieron que se levantara una denuncia ante la fiscalía de Quintana Roo. Fraude y negocio redondo!!! APPALLING!! Never rent cars with this "company", they are fraudulent. They pulled 15 thousand pesos from our account for a lost license plate that we are sure they themselves stole because the vehicle's GPS was always activated and they did not allow a complaint to be filed with the Quintana Roo prosecutor's office. Fraud and round business!!!

Забронировали Volkswagen Polo, по цене 900 мексиканских песо в сутки, депозит 4000 только с кредитной карты. Оформили быстро, но в день получения выдали Ниссан Xtrail новой модели :) авто в хорошем состоянии, описали все царапинки, инцидентов у нас не было во время аренды, поэтому сдали тоже быстро. Несмотря на языковой барьер все получилось без нареканий. We rented a car from 4-6.11. We went to their office, because in others there were no more free cars for our dates. Booked a Volkswagen Polo, at the price of 900 Mexican pesos per day, 4000 deposit only by credit card. We issued it quickly, but on the day of receipt we issued a Nissan Xtrail of a new model :) the car is in good condition, described all the scratches, we did not have any incidents during the lease, so we also handed it over quickly. Despite the language barrier, everything worked out flawlessly.

Hicieron la póliza luego del accidente.....inescrupulosos! Estafadores Más allá de no tener seguro en nuestro caso (diciembre 2021) tampoco ofrecen alternativas de pólizas como si lo hacen otras empresas. Dicen tener buen seguro y mienten.... Most attractive prices in Playa Del Carmen. I did 5 other rental shops before to compare! I’m a frequent Traveller with around 100 days traveling a year. I use to rent cars with Europcar, Hertz, Avis... I can tell you, this shop is reliable!
