★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llamé la semana pasada y me dieron información y precio. Hoy voy a hacer el pago para reservar y resulta que el precio que me dieron no era válido porque era de una promoción que ya venció, detalle enorme que jamas me mencionaron. Me pareció falta de seriedad y atención al cliente.
I called last week and they gave me information and pricing. Today I am going to make the payment to reserve and it turns out that the price they gave me was not valid because it was from a promotion that has already expired, a huge detail that they never mentioned to me. I found it lacking in seriousness and customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tomé el curso a domicilio, el instructor llegó 45min tarde. Fue un día con lluvia pesada y aún así el instructor no puso total atención al camino, mandaba mensajes y atendía llamadas. La segunda clase la cambiaron de horario dos veces, pero decidí cancelar. No lo recomiendo para personas nerviosas, las instrucciones fueron algunas confusas y otras repetitivas.
I took the course at home, the instructor was 45min late. It was a day with heavy rain and even so the instructor did not pay full attention to the road, texting and taking calls. The second class was changed twice, but I decided to cancel. I do not recommend it for nervous people, the instructions were some confusing and others repetitive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me tocaron 2 intructores. Daniel que fue atento y sabe dar su clase y el ultimo dia me toco otro instructor que es el sr. Felipe el cual creo q es el dueño pero es un asco, no saber enseñar, te regaña, es poco tolerante y queria estar agarrandome las manos segun para decirme como lo tenia q hacer. Ademas de que me cambiaron tambien dos veces mis horas de curso. Aparte segun el curso de 2200 es por 10 horas que son 9 de practica y 1 de teoria, pues de esas 9 horas aparte te toma mas tiempo porq te ponen hacer examenes de señales de transito. Por lo q realmente de practica fueron menos horas. Reales serian 7 horas. Esto en sucursal satelite.
I got 2 instructors. Daniel who was attentive and knows how to give his class and the last day I had another instructor who is mr. Felipe who I think is the owner but it's disgusting, not knowing how to teach, he scolds you, he is not very tolerant and he wanted to be holding my hands according to to tell me how he had to do it. Besides that they also changed my course hours twice. Apart according to the 2200 course it is for 10 hours which are 9 of practice and 1 of theory, because of those 9 hours apart it takes you more time because they put you to do exams of traffic signs. For what really practice were less hours. Actual would be 7 hours. This in satellite branch.

A mí me tocó como instructor el Sr. Felipe y ciertamente como dueño de la escuela tiene que estar viendo varias cosas al mismo tiempo, pero de verdad de verdad, que si te va poniendo atención por qué a mí me corrigió un montón de veces. Y lo que más me gustó es que te avienta para que no le tengas miedos a seguir y meterte a las principales avenidas, en mi último día me llevo a hacer el recorrido que yo haría de mi casa al trabajo, para que conociera el camino, me familiarizara con el, supiera cuáles serían las partes difíciles y cuál es la mejor manera de enfrentarlo, lo cual me pareció excelente. Yo recomiendo la escuela ampliamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace un par de años tomé clases en el lugar, al principio son clases teóricas y todo bien, inclusive la primer clase de manejo me agradó esto fue con el primer instructor muy amable. Sin embargo, con el segundo fue un asco total te regañaba, te ponía más nervioso y supuestamente él era el instructor que terminaba el proceso, fue horrible no solo no aprendí a manejar tardé mucho en volver a querer conducir. Si quieren aprender a manejar y son personas nerviosas como yo mejor busquen otra opción.
PD. Yo les mencioné desde el principio que era nervioso (cosa que además te preguntan), por lo tanto de qué sirve que te pregunten...

If you want to learn to drive and are nervous people like me, better look for another option.
P.S. I mentioned to them from the beginning that I was nervous (which they also ask you), so what is the use of being asked ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo le doy tres. El primer día fue bueno, estuve con el instructor Eduardo es amable y tiene muchísima paciencia. El segundo día fue fatal con el sr Felipe (el dueño) tiene cero paciencia y te hace estar aún más nervioso. Les recomiendo que no tomen la clase con el.

Además de laborar enfermos de vías respiratorias y no seguir las medidas MÍNIMAS de salud dejan mucho que desear. No terminé el curso por lo tanto y no me devolvieron mi dinero.
No lo recomiendo.
Very bad experience, they are not professional people.
In addition to working with respiratory tract patients and not following the MINIMUM health measures, they leave much to be desired. I did not finish the course therefore and they did not give me my money back.
I do not recommend it.
