Le indiqué que podía darme de otra marca indicado por mi seguro de gastos médicos. No quiso darme el medicamento y el único medicamento que eligió darme, me dijo que no entraba en el sistema de su farmacia. En otras sucursales lo intentan, a veces dos o tres veces y hablan al callcenter para autorizarme el medicamento. En ésta farmacia, ni siquiera lo intentaron.
