★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me echaron a perder un sofá individual, lo descoloraron completamente y lo tuvieron que tapizar de nuevo en otro color y tela, debido a que no se encontraron la misma.
Cabe mencionar que cuando sucedió el incidente no se comunicaron inmediatamente conmigo, tuvimos que ir a ver cuál era la causa del retraso y ahí nos llevamos la sorpresa del problema.
They spoiled a single sofa, completely discolored it and had to reupholster it in another color and fabric, because the same was not found.
It is worth mentioning that when the incident happened they did not contact me immediately, we had to go see what was the cause of the delay and there we were surprised by the problem.
