Al llegar a recoger mi edredón me doy cuenta de que lo lavaron con agua y le hago el reclamo y su contestación fue : usted no me dijo que en seco, le hago el reclamo y me dice de nuevo: usted me puede decir lo que quiera porque no me dijo que en seco y total de ahí no la saque solo me decía lo mismo dígame lo que quiera. La verdad tengo mucho tiempo llevando mi ropa con ustedes por el buen servicio, pero creo que mientras esté ésta muchacha atendiendo no regresaré!!!!

Solo un detalle, lo blanco queda percibido y las manchas (superficiales) no se quitan, falta poner atención en cuestión del uso de suavizante de telas a veces si te da el olor y aveces no.
