★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO servicio, tardan más de lo dicho para entregar, ni siquiera ofreciendo su "servicio express" (en 3 días) pudieron entregar en el tiempo normal (una semana), al menos fueron 3 veces con retraso antes de que el dueño quisiera "compensar" esas MALAS EXPERIENCIAS. Un zurcido a una bastilla de pantalón lo tardaron UNA SEMANA, caro y mal hecho (en la primera puesta se volvió a deshacer). En mostrador no saben informar sobre los costos, cómo aplicarlos, ni de los servicios, ni dan razón del por qué hubo "retrasos" en la entrega.
BAD SERVICE, take more than what was said to deliver, not even offering their "express service" (in 3 days) could deliver in the normal time (one week), at least were 3 times late before the owner wanted to "compensate "those BAD EXPERIENCES. A darning to a hem of pants took ONE WEEK, expensive and badly made (at the first start it was undone again). At the counter they do not know how to report the costs, how to apply them, or the services, nor give reason why there were "delays" in the delivery.

La sátrapa que atiende (la que tiene tatuajes para que la tengan identificada) le vale madre, se tardan más de 2 semanas con tu ropa, y le importa un pepino. No hay con quien quejarse, la actitud de esa persona desde el inicio del servicio es pésima, de muy muy mala actitud y 0 interés en intentar resolver algo. No regreso nunca, ni gratis
Terrible lousy, it is the but dry cleaner in Mexico. The satrap who attends (the one with tattoos so that they have her identified) is worth a damn, they take more than 2 weeks with your clothes, and she doesn't give a damn. There is no one to complain to, the attitude of that person from the beginning of the service is terrible, with a very, very bad attitude and no interest in trying to solve something. I never return, not for free
