★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Cuando llegué a dejar mi ropa había un cliente quejándose de que no estaba toda su ropa lista el día que me dijeron. Decidí arriesgarme porque necesitaba mi ropa con urgencia. Tienen servicio express que obvio cobran extra y no tuvieron la ropa lista el día y a la hora que ellos ponen. Puros pretextos, no me quieren regresar el dinero por el servicio express y no tuve mi ropa a tiempo.
No vengan aquí, muy mala atención, mal servicio, cero responsabilidad y nunca recibí un a disculpa de la encargada.
Agrego esto porque es el colmo recogí mi ropa que es un traje de 2 piezas y corbata y no estaba planchado, todo arrugado, lleno de pelusas y la actitud de la persona que atiende deplorable, total irresponsabilidad y desdén. No me quieren regresar el dinero por un trabajo que no hicieron. Me dieron la opción de plancharlo peor tuve que esperar aún más. Hace mucho que no me trataban tan mal en un lugar.
Terrible service. When I got to drop off my clothes there was a customer complaining that all of his clothes were not ready the day they told me. I decided to take a chance because I urgently needed my clothes. They have express service that obviously charge extra and they did not have the clothes ready on the day and at the time they put out. Pure pretexts, they do not want to return the money for the express service and I did not have my clothes on time.
Do not come here, very bad attention, bad service, zero responsibility and I never received an apology from the manager.
I add this because it is the last straw I picked up my clothes which is a 2-piece suit and tie and it was not ironed, all wrinkled, full of fluff and the attitude of the person who attends deplorable, total irresponsibility and disdain. They don't want to pay me back for a job they didn't do. They gave me the option to iron it but I had to wait even longer. It has been a long time since I was treated so badly in one place.
