★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO, CALIDAD Y ATENCIÓN. Además de que los empleados y encargados son prepotentes, son muy informales. Al llevar ropa para planchar nos avisaron que nos la entregarían una semana después de la fecha porque la plancha estaba descompuesta, a lo cual accedimos. Al ir a recogerla, nos dieron un cupón para el siguiente servicio como disculpa por el retraso, pero cuando quisimos hacerlo válido dijeron que desconocían dicho cupón y que no nos lo valdrían.
POOR SERVICE, QUALITY AND ATTENTION. In addition to the fact that the employees and managers are pushy, they are very informal. When bringing clothes to iron, they told us that they would deliver them a week after the date because the iron was broken, to which we agreed. When we went to pick it up, they gave us a coupon for the next service as an apology for the delay, but when we wanted to make it valid they said that they did not know the coupon and that it would not be worth it.
