★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anuncia servicio a domicilio pero cada vez que llamo se niegan a hacerlo a pesar de que vivo en la misma colonia, argumentando pretextos varios. La encargada es grosera e irrespetuosa. Una pena que anuncien servicios que no cumplen.
He announces home service but every time I call they refuse to do so even though I live in the same neighborhood, arguing various pretexts. The manager is rude and disrespectful. A pity that they advertise services that do not comply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente una de las peores tintorerías de Mexico. Dañan las prendas y no hay forma que reconozcan su responsabilidad. Típico negocio deshonesto. No se les ocurra acercarse a este lugar.
Definitely one of the worst dry cleaners in Mexico. They damage the garments and there is no way that they recognize their responsibility. Typical dishonest business. Do not even think about approaching this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una vergüenza el servicio en este lugar. Son totalmente xenófobos, abusan de que uno es extranjero. Quise pagar con tarjeta, y y como no funcionaba su terminal, no querían darme mi ropa. Ofrecí hacerles transferencia bancaria, o traerles el dinero al día siguiente, y me dijeron que no, porque una señorita (local por cierto) ya lo había hecho, y aún estaban esperando que les fuera a pagar.
Habiendo tantas lavanderías en el barrio, evitaría ir a esta.
Shame about the service at this place. They are totally xenophobic, they abuse that one is a foreigner. I wanted to pay with a card, and since their terminal didn't work, they didn't want to give me my clothes. I offered to make a bank transfer to them, or to bring them the money the next day, and they said no, because a young lady (local by the way) had already done it, and they were still waiting for me to pay them.
With so many laundries in the neighborhood, I would avoid going to this one.
