Como no me sellaron el pago la primera vez no me quedo de otra que pagar de nuevo. Aparte Atienden de muy mala gana y el saco que lleve a lavar quedo con varias manchas. Terrible service I paid when I left the clothes and they charged me again when I picked up. As the payment was not sealed the first time, I have no choice but to pay again. Llegan tarde, me quejé mil veces y les vale. Asuman que abren 10AM. The service is good but oh how annoying that they never open on time. DO NOT TRUST IT OPENS AT 9AM. Tuve que regresar un mes después y me dijeron que si quería me daban otro edredón “de los que les sobraban” lo que me da a entender que disponen de edredones que la gente no recoge en tiempo. Los trajes te los dejan brillosos, no planchan bien y te los arruinan. Cuando fui por segunda vez a quejarme había otra clienta amenazando con demandar. De lo peor de Polanco. Mucho ojo. Don't take dry cleaners to this place. They ruined a quilt for me and the manager kept calling me to find solutions… it never happened. I had to come back a month later and they told me that if I wanted to, they would give me another quilt "one of the ones they had left over" which gives me to understand that they have quilts that people don't pick up on time. The suits leave them shiny, they don't iron well and they ruin them. When I went the second time to complain, there was another client threatening to sue. The worst of Polanco. Keep an eye out.
