Llevé un vestido blanco bordado y me lo regresaron igual que como lo dejé, argumentaron que si quería que lo volvieran a lavar aceptaba correr el riesgo de dañar el bordado. Y ni para decir a bueno te hacemos devolución o cobramos menos porque no quedo bien, nada. Pesimo servicio y atención para el cliente.
Terrible service! I wore an embroidered white dress and they returned it to me as I left it, they argued that if I wanted to be washed again, I accepted the risk of damaging the embroidery. And not to say good we give you a refund or we charge less because I don't look good, nothing. Pity service and customer service.
