★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad pésimo servicio ello no hacen el lavado y no están planchando bien la ropa ? y mi esposa llevo 4 blusas de seda de una puesta y mal planchada y las quieren regresar con hilos jaladas y el dueño nunca esta y el encargado no resuelve nada llevo 15 días y no eh recogido la ropa por eso, pero no se resuelve nada la verdad no lleven su prendas ahí no se los recomiendo para nada falta de ética y responsabilidad por parte del dueño y los empleados además que no hay número de franquicia en sus notas chequen las fechas y no me resuelven
The truth is terrible service, they do not do the washing and they are not ironing the clothes well ? and my wife took 4 silk blouses of one set and badly ironed and they want to return them with pulled threads and the owner is never there and the manager does not solve anything. 15 days and I have not collected the clothes for that, but nothing is resolved, the truth does not take your clothes there I do not recommend them at all lack of ethics and responsibility on the part of the owner and the employees also that there is no franchise number in their notes check the dates and they don't solve me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy eficientes de primer contacto (al recibir la pieza y cobrar anticipado con un -10% de descuento) pero dos días de retraso en la entrega de mi artículo y con una etiqueta engrapada sobre la piel del mismo, no se quién en su sano juicio pone una grapa atravesando la piel cuando existen otros materiales. Sinceramente es de los peores servicios que he recibido...
Very efficient first contact (when receiving the piece and charging in advance with a -10% discount) but two days late in the delivery of my item and with a label stapled on the skin of it, I don't know who in their right mind puts a staple through the skin when there are other materials. Honestly, it is one of the worst services I have received ...

A few times the clothes have not been ready, even days after the delivery date; seems the owner has only 2 employees working there and can’t handle the volume; they look stressed. Business hours are iffy too.
