O atendimento em geral é ótimo. Instrutor de golfinhos Roberto muito gentil. Porém, na compra fala que está incluso duas bebidas não alcoólicas e uma refeição, na hora só tem refeição (não ofertam nem ao menos água potável). O preço de uma foto é o preço do pacote infantil para mergulho (40 dólares, achei o valor desproporcional, muito caro).

Went to Dolphin Discovery today and it was absolutely terrible. Staff clearly don't treat the dolphins with respect. The staff are rude. My grandmother fell over when exiting pool. They took ages to assist. They claim their tiles are rough and grippy to prevent falling over. They do not. The male staff member pushed the wet sign over with a smug look. After going to see our photos we were disgusted at the price and the service. They tried to charge around $40 USD for one photo which is disgusting we told the guy we were talking to the price was disgusting. After trying to get his price down he said "if it is so expensive where are you from" I replied the UK and he said "no surprise" being cheeky to the guests. The bottled water was also $6 USD. So take your own drinks. So overall awful service, disgusting place and terrible prices. Avoid at all costs, both the one in Mexico and the one in the Dominican Republic. Doesn't even deserve one star.

The staff cares about their animals and about educating people. You are in the water interacting with the dolphins, manatees, and sea lion the entire time. The animals were all healthy and well-trained. They were happy and alert. It is amazing, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

we purchased 5 tickets to gulfworld in Panama city, Fl through your website. Gulfworld canceled our original time 2:00 pm on our last day there. they calledat 9 am and said if we could get there in 15 min(we were staying 30 minutes away with no traffic) that we could go then, otherwise we would have to reschedule for another day. we asked you for a refund which you said yes, but it would take 4 weeks(sept 8th) to process. It is now October and still no refund.
