Muy bonita vajilla, elegante lugar. Pequeño y chic, recrea bien un ambiente acogedor francés. De colores claros, muy luminoso. Me encantó que de los meseros hay varios que no son jóvenes, no tengo nada en contra de que sean jóvenes, pero me alegra que den oportunidad y cabida a personas con experiencia (de vida o de trabajo, de lo que sea, me refiero a la edad). Me dio ternura. Noté una relación cordial y amigable entre el personal, que también da gusto. La presentación de los platillos es espectacular. El sabor aún mejor. Pedí el pulpo crujiente y es una maravilla. Por copeo pedí un blanco francés para acompañar mi sopa de cebolla. Y un Cabernet Sauvignon de Encinillas, Chihuahua, para acompañar el pulpo, le quedó perfecto, pues estaba agradablemente especiado. El vino realmente me sorprendió, se llama Anxelin. Finalmente pedí un pay de queso de cabra con higos y fue el mejor final. Una agradable explosión de sabor en el paladar.

Authentic French food and ambiance, in the only French restaurant remaining in the city. I have tried all of the delicious fish dishes and desserts.

My husband and I decided to try Du Ble based on the exuberant recommendations of other expats in León. We were not disappointed! The portobello mushrooms "montpellier" were wonderful, the cream of crab soup was rich and pleasantly seasoned, the salmon entree was one of my favorites of all time, and the coconut pastry for dessert was heavenly. I enjoyed a nice glass of a Spanish white wine with dinner. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others who wish to try something a little less Mexican and a little more continental in León. We would go there again. Side note: the restaurant is wonderfully quiet before 7 pm. We eat dinner earlier than most people here and it makes it easy to get reservations. You do need reservations for this restaurant because it is very small. The servers are very attentive and friendly and increased our enjoyment of the experience. It's a beautiful place and we really enjoyed ourselves!
