Du dance está dirigido a la enseñanza y práctica, además se imparten disciplinas que complementan y sirven como principios básicos para el pole fitness como son: danza aérea, stretching, yoga, twerk, sexy chair, heels entre otras.

Objetivo General

Brindar asesoría, enseñanza y practica del pole fitness a mujeres de 7 a 60 años de manera profesional ética y preservando en todo momento la integridad física mental y social de cada una de nuestras socias.

Las instructora muy amables y capacitadas que te ayudan a desarrollar tu potencial y a tener confianza para practicar estás disciplinas. It is an excellent place to practice Pole and fabrics. El único detalle es la pésima atención de la gerencia o recepcionistas. No tienen ninguna actitud de servicio, no resuelven dudas. The instructors are good and energetic, very important characteristics in people who are dedicated to teaching their knowledge to people who are coming to the sport for the first time or want to continue. The only detail is the lousy attention of management or receptionists. They do not have any service attitude, they do not solve doubts.

Venegas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aún no conozco por completo el gimnasio, pero en mi primera visita me dejó una buena impresión, las instalaciones se ven muy bien (limpias, bien establecidas, con buen mantenimiento) y la recepcionista es muy amable. Espero que pronto pueda integrarme a alguna de sus actividades para conocerlos mejor, me agrada mucho la idea de que sea solo para mujeres :) I am still not fully aware of the gym, but on my first visit it left a good impression on me, the facilities look great (clean, well established, well maintained) and the receptionist is very friendly. I hope that soon I can join one of their activities to get to know them better, I really like the idea that it is only for women :)

Las instalaciones son amplias, limpias y ventiladas. Hay una tienda en el interior donde venden ropa para este tipo de actividades por si no sabes dónde adquirirla. Los costos son accesibles y la atención es muy buena. The classes I take are twerk and sexy chair at a beginner level, I think the instructor is very good, just maybe it would be good to first master a movement to be able to move on to the next one and of course as a student, practice. The facilities are spacious, clean and ventilated. There is a shop inside where they sell clothes for this type of activity in case you don't know where to buy them.
