★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero externar minha insatisfação com o atendente da clínica. Minha mãe foi mal atendida ao telefone, tratada de maneira pouco polida e com extrema falta de educação. Lamento que uma simples dúvida tirada se transforme em uma total ferocidade e destempero. Parece que essa deve ser a missão da empresa. O que deve ficar claro os objetivos e para onde essa empresa vai.
 I want to express my dissatisfaction with the clinic attendant. My mother was poorly answered on the phone, treated in a non-polite manner and with extreme lack of education. I regret that a simple doubt taken turns into total ferocity and fearlessness. It seems that this must be the company's mission. What should be clear about the objectives and where this company is going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem uma placa de 24 horas e no atendimento, q é muito bom, meio q reforçam isso se disponibilizando a ajudar a qualquer hora, mas isso não ocorre. Devem trabalhar no máximo em horário comercial e tem a propaganda enganosa de 24 horas. Dinheiro de consulta gasto a toa pelo não atendimento quando se mais precisa de uma reavaliação. Não recomendo a ninguém !!! E deixo claro q é pela mentira no atendimento em 24 horas ! Pq o atendimento e o carinho com o pet é excelente !
It has a 24-hour board and the service, which is very good, kind of reinforces this by being available to help at any time, but that doesn't happen. They must work a maximum of business hours and have 24-hour false advertising. Consultation money wasted for non-attendance when a reassessment is most needed. I don't recommend it to anyone!!! And I make it clear that it is for the lie in the 24-hour service! Because the service and affection with the pet is excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica muito boa, porém não gostei do atendimento da recepção, a veterinária Rita muito atenciosa com meu cãozinho. O Bruce já está gordo feito uma bola tá até comendo manga. Se não fosse o atendimento da veterinária Rita acredito que ele teria falecido.
Very good clinic, but I did not like the reception service, the veterinarian Rita very attentive with my doggie. Bruce is already fat like a ball is even eating mango. If it weren't for Rita's vet care I believe he would have passed away.
