El cliente siempre pregunta fecha de entrega y deben ser serios en ese aspecto, no puedo calificar tampoco como excelente el producto. Para nada lo recomiendo Terrible service in all aspects the furniture is not of quality they do not have things on the agreed date or to the correct measurements and they only tell you I'm sorry, come in two hours and then they send you a message that they will have the furniture later than why not they thought about the lunch hour of the workers and one as a customer where it is. Resumen: no se hacen responsables de su trabajo, no cumplen con las fechas prometidas, no dan la cara cuando los buscas, te engañan con sus materiales, compras algo nuevo pero te lo entregan sucio, rayado, golpeado y con pésimo acabado. Dijeron que el pedido estaría listo en 3 meses, cuando se cumplió ese tiempo comenzaron a dar muchas vueltas, excusas y falsas fechas de entrega. Te dicen que irán a instalar un día y te dejan plantado porque ni siquiera estaba terminado el trabajo, ¡ni siquiera tienen el interés de avisarte que no podrán ir! No te contestan los mensajes, si llamas las chicas no te dan respuesta de nada, si pides ver o hablar con el encargado se esconde y nunca lo encuentras! Terminaron entregando el mueble (incompleto) 2 meses después de la fecha pactada y este venía sucio, lleno de telarañas, rayado y golpeado, agregaron y quitaron cosas que no habíamos pedido y cambiaron el diseño de las puertas, TAMPOCO RESPETARON LAS MEDIDAS NI EL TIPO DE CUBIERTA. Nos pidieron elegir a nuestro gusto una cubierta de un catálogo con 100 estilos, les dimos 4 opciones para facilitar su búsqueda, semanas después de estarlos persiguiendo porque no nos daban razón, nos pidieron escoger nuevamente una cubierta, esta vez solo ofreciéndonos 3 opciones a elegir (diferentes a las que escogimos en un inicio) porque ninguna del catálogo que nos dieron inicialmente la tenían disponible y elegimos uno, al final pusieron una cubierta con un acabado diferente tratando de hacerlo pasar por el que habíamos elegido, trataron de engañarnos ya que intentaron convencernos de que era la cubierta correcta. Al final ellos aceptaron que no era la cubierta que habíamos elegido, tuvimos que dar por terminado el trato con el trabajo incompleto porque la situación ya era insostenible, nos hicieron perder mucho tiempo y dinero. El trabajo y materiales son de baja calidad, ni hablar del pésimo servicio al cliente. ¡Ahora entiendo porque tienen desactivados los comentarios y reseñas en su página de Facebook! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! In the end they accepted that it was not the cover we had chosen, we had to terminate the deal with the incomplete work because the situation was already untenable, they made us lose a lot of time and money. The work and materials are of poor quality, let alone the lousy customer service. Now I understand why they have disabled comments and reviews on their Facebook page!

Después lo alargaron a 8 y finalmente me fueron dando largas hasta el día de hoy. La primer foto es lo que les había pedido, la segunda lo que me estaban haciendo (cabe aclarar que desde inicio se les dijo que era blanca y se les tuvo que decir en tres ocasiones más) Y hoy que me entregaron la vitrina me la dieron sin puerta y muy cochina, rayada y con aserrín por todas partes. No recomiendo encargar cosas a esta tienda, te dan largas y te mienten, me siento estafado y que me vieron la cara de tonto.
