Don't waste your money/time there, "El Grito" much more recommended.

Very pretentious General Manager and most security staff. After going there the night before and tipping like an individual who works in the nightlife industry in the US. I was denied entry because they stated i didn't have a reservation yet I saw many people walk in and they NEVER askes if they had a reservation. Plus the door guys who are jokes in this industry didn't even try to pretend by havind a clip board or something. Mind you I ran and worked as a security manager in nightclubs in Chicago. So this is coming from someone with years of experience. It was only me the night before and I asked if I would be ok the next day everyone said yes. Not sure if the GM got jealous cause I was talking to his wife who's a bartender there lol. We had a good conversation she even told me her husband was the GM. But no surprise even she had reservations on how thinge where ran. Having worked in nightclubs I was very disappointed. Took care of security, bartenders, even dj the night before and paid the ridiculous cover. Obviously GM needs a new profession lol. Oh well they probably did me a favor since I spend to much money anyway. Was legit going to a bottle just me solo. Mr. GM you have a lot to learn. My family wants me to come back home and open a restaurant or bar since this is my expertise. Yes this is where I was born. Maybe I will and open a Nightclub and show him how they should really be ran. Obviously I was very disappointed!

Save your time and DONT GO HERE. Apparently they like to say you need a reservation to go in and then not honor it. Judging by the comments we weren't the only ones victims for this. We were willing to buy service and they still wouldn't allow us. We saw people without reservations going in... its a shame that its a beautiful town to leave such a bad impression.

Worst experience I’ve had traveling all over Mexico for the past year. When I say I walked away with disgust after standing outside of the door for 2min. Be ready to spend over $600 USD to reserve a table or make a reservation a week in advance. I saw a girl literally being pushed and man handled outside of the door. I also heard the “bouncers” insulting others trying to go get in that were told they were at capacity, but then they let in a group of 11 people— calling them dirty rodents basically. Walked away by simply seeing that behavior. It’s a nightclub there’s absolutely no need to disrespect people like that. Be ready to experience classism at its finest.

Good place, unfortunately the waiters ask you for money, they proposed a promotion of unlimited sodas for 50usd but we only got approx 8. When paying he got very bad attitude and requested Abigail amount of tip, also to pay him directly without any check or bill ...

Terrible experience overall. The employees are entitled and rude. They charge for everything, even "under the table" money to make your way through. They request that the minimum purchase to let you in is 3 bottles, adding up to $500 USD. Service is not good at all. Bouncers are disrespectful, specially to women. One will witness at least 3 fights inside the club and the response time is really bad and unprofessional. It gets pretty crowded and employees take advantage of it by asking for money if you want anything. I will not go back. There are so many other options to have a good time in San Miguel. Avoid this spot at all costs
