Quedó muy bonita la ampliación. La comida como siempre muy sabrosa y muy buenas porciones de los platillos. Lamentablemente el servicio estuvo muy malo. Se les olvidó nuestro pedido y cuando les recordamos se tardaron bastante en llevarnos la comida y para colmo no era lo que habíamos pedido, así que otro tiempo de espera para que llevaran el pedido correcto. Al terminar se tardaron mucho en llevarnos la cuenta. La pedimos a 3 personas hasta que por fin nos la llevaron y otro tanto de espera para que llevaran la terminal. Espero pongan atención en ésto y se sepan organizar mejor.

Good atmosphere, food is a bit pricey for the portions but overall it's a quaint place.

For starters, they could do a better job at getting people a table; we waited almost 2 hours to get seated. The only reason we waited so long is because this place was highly recommended & our family members that highly recommended it were with us for crying out loud. The host even started off the whole experience saying we might not even get a table when it was 3.5 hours before closing. I had to walk up & ask how much longer 3 or 4 times! Then, we finally get a table & no one acknowledges us for at least 5 minutes & when they finally did there was no warm greeting or any type of gratitude for our service; not even an apology for a busy night & super long delay to get a table. At every step, we had to ask for everything. We asked for extra napkins, they never made it to the table. We asked for salad dressing, they never made it to the table. Everything was delivered scattered & unorganized i.e. the food & drinks. I was the last to receive my drink only after asking for it & even that was delayed. Suddenly, the waiter comes & says, “the kitchen is closed. Is that okay?” To which I replied, “we weren’t even warned that the kitchen was about to close” since we wanted dessert. The waiter barely asked what we needed. I said my wife wanted tiramisu. He offered to try to see if they could make it. I told him to forget about it but the waiter still took the liberty to place the order to which it eventually arrived. I thought maybe it wouldn’t make the check & perhaps it would be on the house but quite the contrary... not only did I tell the waiter to forget about the tiramisu but he also charged us for it. We finally were leaving when I requested the manager at the front door. I explained exactly everything that happened as detailed here. She started off with the excuse that it was super busy, that’s not the service they provide usually, & that she’ll address it. I was expecting a complete refund, gift card, refund for the tiramisu at minimum, or at least some type of renumeration. Nothing. My family & I were deeply disappointed with the service! Y’all should do something about this. This is completely unacceptable!
