I was visiting the beautiful town of San Agustin Etla, by chance I came across this bakery on the way, and I tried the best rolls of my life. A 100% recommended site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious French pastries made with organic and local ingredients. The chocolate mousse was dark and rich and made with Oaxacan chocolate, and the pastries were flakey and buttery. The owner and pastry chef, Katya, is from Belgium and grew up baking for her family. We loved everything we tried. She makes pizzas on Fridays and also quiches one day a week. She makes pies, tarts, cookies, cupcakes, cheesecake, brownies, cinnamon rolls, breads and more. We will definitely be back.
