Pasé con mi hija y estaba el letrero de abierto y no me abrieron y desde adentro la señora me hizo señas que de que no podía pasar, me pareció muy grosero y mi peque se puso a llorar no me paro ahí ni por error jamás. Además la última vez el enjambre se sentía ya seco y pasado pero con precio premium
Bad service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo rico y las medidas de sanidad son excelentes, el único problema es la atención al cliente, todo el personal con cara de amargados. Antes dejaban que tu te sirvieras dulces a la cantidad que tu quisieras, ahora ellos te dicen que no puedes servirte tú, que ellos te van a servir y que por medida.
Recomiendo en lugar pero recomendaría que cambiaran el personal o que lograrán ser más atentos con el cliente y amables.
Everything is rich and the sanitation measures are excellent, the only problem is customer service, all the staff with bitter faces. Before they let you serve yourself sweets to the amount you want, now they tell you that you cannot serve yourself, that they are going to serve you and that by measure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El viernes fui a comprar y la calidad de los dulces es excelente, el problema es que las personas del staff son muy groseras, de verdad eso deja mucho que desear que no siquiera contesten el saludo y peor aún que te despachen de malas, espero que sólo haya sido un mal día, pero son actitudes y experiencias que cuentan!!!

Todo esta bastante rico!!, el problema que le encuentro es la actitud de algunas personas de su staff, al cobrar son groseras y sin modales, al llegar note que aun no abrían así que decidí esperar (ya había notado que había palomitas desde el dia anterior), cuando abrieron ya fui a comprar y pedí unas palomitas y pedí que se me diera de las que estaban por hacer y decidieron decirme que las otras palomitas también se acababan de hacer lo cual yo vi que no era así. Al final me dieron mis palomitas combinadas de hoy y de ayer. Ojalá solo hoy se un mal día y por eso este trato por que es un lugar prometedor!

In the end they gave me my popcorn mixes from today and yesterday. I hope only today is a bad day and that is why this deal because it is a promising place!
