★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad me gustan mucho los pasteles que venden, pero la atención que ofrecen por Rappi es pésima, tienen en disponibilidad productos que en realidad no tienen y aun así aceptan el pedido, posterior llaman para decir que te pueden cambiar lo que pediste por otras cosas… por favor NO acepten los pedidos si no tienen el producto que se está solicitando, no quiero 4 pasteles individuales cuando yo pedí uno grande

Probé el pastel que solicité y estaba bien.
El día del evento el pastel que me llego fue totalmente diferente al que probé estaba muy seco y la mayoría de los invitados lo comentaron.
Pido grantía o alguna solución por lo ocurrido y la persona que brinda el servicio me menciona que me queje con otros proveedores no con ella, siendo Dulcepastel el único responsable de llevar el pastel en buenas condiciones.
Muy decepcionada del servicio y calidad
