Regresé días después a querer cambiarlo y se negaron por qué ya "habían hecho inventario" y si lo compré fue porque me engañaron diciendo que era el mismo producto con etiqueta nueva. De poco sirve un negocio surtido y limpio si la atención al cliente es deplorable.
I had been buying for years, the last time I took a different brand product from the usual one because they told me that "they had changed the label", I did not uncover it. I returned days later to want to change it and they refused because they had already "taken inventory" and if I bought it it was because they deceived me saying it was the same product with a new label. A clean and stocked business is of little use if customer service is deplorable.
