cometen el error y el cliente es el que la paga. Me llegó chocolate derretido en su empaque original bien por fuera en buen estado, bien sellada, por lo cual a primera vista no sabes si por dentro el chocolate viene quebrado, derretido, etc. Pues no tengo rayo láser. Hasta que lo abres. Y
Te dan opción que por única vez te lo cambiarán pero tienes que llevarlo tú. Porque no lo revisaste al recibirlo.. si es para regalo no lo voy a estar abriendo. Al que trajo el pedido en moto se le deshizo por el sol. ??♀️??♀️??♀️ Y ahora yo tengo que ir a la sucursal a cambiarlo.. que pésimo servicio.
