★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se si sean los trabajadores o dueños pero tienen pésimo servicio al cliente, esta es la 3era y ultima vez que voy a este lugar, Estan unas viejas sangronas y prepotentes, No saben atender, tienen una cara de pocos amigos y miran a sus clientes como poca cosa, Se para uno ahi para que despachen y se hacen como que no te ven te ignoran, Les preguntas algo y apenas te contestan, son fatales, una persona entro a preguntar si tenian cierto dulce y no le contestaron al señor, No se porqué se portan asi si viven de las compras de los clientes, Nadien les esta pidiendo nada regalado!! soy foránea de EEUU, Yo iva a comprar dulces de ahi pero lamentablemente esta fue la ultima, Habra que buscar otra dulceria donde gaste mi dinero y me traten con respeto!
I do not know if they are the workers or owners but they have terrible customer service, this is the 3rd and last time that I go to this place, They are some old sangronas and arrogant, They do not know how to attend, they have a face of few friends and they look at their customers I eat little, one stops there to be dispatched and they pretend that they do not see you, they ignore you, you ask them something and they hardly answer you, they are fatal, a person came in to ask if they had a certain sweet and they did not answer the man, No I know why they behave like this if they live from customer purchases, No one is asking for anything as a gift !! I am a foreigner from the US, I was going to buy sweets from there but unfortunately this was the last one, I will have to find another candy store where I spend my money and treat me with respect!
