★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La región de las Altas Montañas en Veracruz se caracterizó por mucho tiempo por sus dulces típicos, teniendo en Córdoba dulces de tradición española e italiana (que aún se pueden encontrar en Don Pedro) y en Orizaba las tradicionales golosinas mexicanas. De todos los lugares que existían en esta ciudad, sobrevive este baluarte donde podrán encontrar dulces típicos como Cocadas, jamoncillos y muchos más. También pueden probar los bombones y dulces de café (aunque personalmente considero los bombones de calufe mejores). Los dueños atienden el local siempre alegres y dispuestos, no dejen de visitarles si se encuentran por la zona, se llevarán una grata sorpresa.
The region of the High Mountains in Veracruz was characterized for a long time by its typical sweets, having in Córdoba sweets of Spanish and Italian tradition (which can still be found in Don Pedro) and in Orizaba the traditional Mexican sweets. Of all the places that existed in this city, this bastion survives where you can find typical sweets such as Cocadas, jamoncillos and many more. You can also try the coffee bonbons and sweets (although I personally consider the calufe chocolates better). The owners attend the place always happy and ready, do not stop visiting them if they are in the area, they will be pleasantly surprised.
