La pedí 1 semana antes y aun así el día que fui por ella a la hr en que quedamos me hicieron esperar cerca de 30 minutos.
Fuera de eso todo muy bien

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace 10 meses alguien comentó que lo hicieron esperar por una piñata porque cuando llegó por ella no estaba lista, aún así me arriesgué, me pasó algo similar, pedí una piñata con una semana de anticipación el día que me dijeron que estaría lista llegué por ella y me dijeron que aún no la tenían que porque no había "confirmado" no sé que clase de confirmación esperan porque yo dejé un anticipo, así que me dijeron que fuera ese mismo día a las 7pm por la piñata, como se me complicaba ir a esa hora les dije que iría por ella el siguiente día por la mañana, al siguiente día fui a la hora acordada y no me la tenían, en cambio me salieron con que habían hecho otra de un personaje similar pero más costosa y me la ofrecieron por el mismo precio, sin embargo dicha piñata ni terminada estaba, por lo cual yo no accedí, les pedí que me devolvieran el dinero del anticipo y me dijeron que solo me lo devolverían con mercancía, no accedí y finalmente me tuvieron que dar el efectivo. Fue una muy mala experiencia, sinceramente no los recomiendo, la organización de las personas que atienden deja mucho que desear y por más que de "hermosa" no la bajen a uno la atención al cliente es deficiente.
10 months ago someone commented that they made him wait for a piñata because when it arrived for it it was not ready, even so I took a risk, something similar happened to me, I ordered a piñata a week in advance the day they told me it would be ready I arrived for it and they told me that they still didn't have it because I hadn't "confirmed" I don't know what kind of confirmation they expect because I left an advance, so they told me to go that same day at 7pm for the piñata, as it was difficult for me to go to At that time I told them that I would go for it the next day in the morning, the next day I went at the agreed time and they did not have it for me, instead they told me that they had made another one of a similar character but more expensive and they offered it to me for the same price, however said piñata was not finished, so I did not agree, I asked them to return the advance money and they told me that they would only return it with merchandise, I did not agree and finally they had to give me the cash. It was a very bad experience, I honestly do not recommend them, the organization of the people who attend leaves much to be desired and even if they do not lower it from "beautiful" to one, the customer service is poor.
