★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yummy sorbet! The banana really was banana (sooo good!) and not something banana-flavored. The guava (guayaba) was also excellent! Tne orange was pretty tasty too. The coconut was good but not great. Nice little outdoor patio that faces the Paseo Montejo.

You need to try it, the best sorbet ever, super smooth and light, $50 pesos each and so many delicious flavors to chose from.
We tried to have one the day we were leaving but it was closed ? One of the best things we tried in Merida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In between the castle-like mansions of the Paseo de Montejo lies this simple shop that sells ice-cold little towers themselves. An amazing place to get sorbet in all kinds of fruity flavours. The texture is so soft, it reminded me of granita in Sicily (high praise). No icy crystals, just snowy fruit: amazing. All of it for a fair price. What more do you want?
We tried the Mamey and the Guanabana, which were both delicious in its own right. If you are looking for something really refreshing, try the fruity sorbets like limon or guanabana. Will definitely come back for one of these.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultra smooth sorbets. I tried the mamey and guanabana flavors, but will certainly come back another day for more. At 50 pesos per sorbet, you really can’t go wrong with these tasty (and ice crystal free!) sorbets.
