★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, mala atención, las pocas veces que ido a comprar siempre están con sus caras largas y malhumoradas, nunca saben nada, no entiendo cómo contratan personas tan ineptas. Luego se preguntan porque quiebran los lugares.
Bad service, bad attention, the few times they go to buy they are always with their long and grumpy faces, they never know anything, I don't understand how they hire such inept people. Then they wonder why places go bankrupt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio por parte de los que trabajan ahí. Normalmente voy a comprar una caja de mazapanes y el tipo que "atiende" ahí, siempre dice que no hay cuando los tiene detrás de él en un pequeño estante detrás de una computadora.
Por favor capaciten a su personal y contraten gente que le interese trabajar, que así sólo ahuyentaran sus clientes.
Uno siempre busca lugares donde lo atiendan con gusto y amabilidad, no que te vean como si te hicieran el favor.
Bad service from those who work there. I'm usually going to buy a box of marzipan and the guy who "serves" there always says there aren't any when he has them behind him on a little shelf behind a computer.
Please train your staff and hire people who are interested in working, that will only drive away your clients.
You always look for places where you are treated with taste and kindness, not that they see you as if they were doing you a favor.
