★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es la calidad y tamaño de los originales de doña goyita, pero buenos al fin. Abuemos y quesos de nuez más pequeños y no se percibe que esten elaborados a la leña de mezquite pero son aceptables.
It is not the quality and size of the originals by doña goyita, but good ones nonetheless. Grandmothers and smaller walnut cheeses and are not perceived to be mesquite wood-fired but are acceptable.
