Le pedí me comunique con alguien que sepa , y me dijo que salió a comer y le pregunté hasta que hora atendían y me dijo que no me podía decir esa información ,?? . Lamentable que tengan a una persona que no sabe de relaciones públicas comerciales . Lamentable que su producto de Gomas Hada no tenga lista de ingredientes ?. Volví a llamar y le pregunté si me podría comunicar con alguien que sepa acerca de los ingredientes y me dijo que el químico estaba muy ocupado . He llamado a otras Empresas y la persona que contesta sabe atender . JAMAS COMPRARÍA GOMAS HADA , pésima la atención.
I just got off the phone and the lady who answered HAS NO IDEA as to whether they have GLUTEN or not, SHE DOESN'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THAT IS, the bag doesn't contain the ingredients. I asked him to contact someone who knows, and he told me that he went out to eat and I asked him what time they were open and he told me that he couldn't tell me that information,??. It is unfortunate that they have a person who does not know about commercial public relations. It's unfortunate that your Fairy Gomas product doesn't have an ingredient list ?. I called back and asked if he could put me through to someone who knows about the ingredients and he said the chemist was very busy. I have called other companies and the person who answers knows how to attend. I WOULD NEVER BUY FAIRY RUBBERS, terrible attention.
