Lleve a mi mascota a vacunar y revisar porque estaba abandonada en el segundo piso del periférico, el “ayudante” la reviso, vacuno y cobro 500 pesos y dijo que regresara en 15 dias, que en la segunda dosis nos daban su cartilla por que estaría completa la dosis. Pues a nuestro regreso nos pidieron dicha cartilla y al informar que no nos la proporcionaron la vez anterior nos dijeron que no nos podían atender, LA DUEÑA dijo que si no nos dieron comprobante entonces ella no se hacía responsable y que lo viéramos con el ayudante, este chico fingió no saber nada y mi mascota se quedo sin atención y me robaron mi dinero Terrible, terrible service, poor quality, poor service.
