★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great doctor, great standard of medical advice, office and service. It's not maybe the cheapest option in Tulum, but the cheapest one I've been fo before wasn't helping and the cheapest examination was a joke. Dr Duprat is nice, speaking perfect English, provides me with all information needed including a medical report. I'm highly recommending to everyone who needs to taken care of with high standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CORRUPT and DISHONEST doctor who mistreated me as a patient to cover his clients back. Promised to be objective and give a sure answer if his client was the likely reason I got a nasty and very painful skin infection, if I did an additional test for which of course I had to pay out of my own pocket. Btw, the infection started 2 das after I got a bodypaint at his client's place (Taboo Beach Club) and started EXACTLY where the paint was (see photos). Not a rocket science to connect the two!
However, when results arrived and confirmed that it is indeed a skin infection, he refused to answer that very question he promised, started actively ignoring my messages and finally demanded to not contact him anymore!
Appalling service, and a complete waste of my time and money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good communication via phone and WhatsApp. Everyone could speak perfect English. Very thorough examination and got good medicine prescribed. He’s not cheap, but he is definitely worth the money.

All the staff were lovely and understanding and most importantly, made me better. I would recommend for anybody travelling to Tulum who needs a doctor that speaks English. Thank you very much!
