★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar pues bien; pero el dueño junto con la familia, parece que uno les hace el favor... Yo sé que vamos a hacer ejercicio pero con esa actitud y como te piden las cosas pues da mucho de que hablar sobre el lugar ( no regrese por lo mismo)
 The place well; but the owner along with the family, it seems that one does them a favor ... I know that we are going to exercise but with that attitude and how they ask for things because it gives a lot to talk about the place (do not return for the same )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una muy buena opción para aficionados del ejercicio de todos los tipos. Desde los novatos hasta experimentados.
Hay muchos aparatos para trabajar todos los grupos musculares y el área de cardio tiene no una ni dos, sino tres escaleras "infinitas" (aunque una no funciona desde hace al menos un par de meses)
Le pongo cuatro estrellas porque no tiene lo que es quizá la pieza más elemental de cualquier gimnasio que se respete: power rack o rack de sentadilla. Hay una Smith en la que se puede adaptar una barra olímpica y hacer sentadilla libre, pero es un parche, no una solución.
Serían tres estrellas, pero ofrecen rutinas personalizadas (y creo que guía nutricional también) y eso lo sube a cuatro nuevamente.
En resumen, tiene todo y más de lo que la persona promedio busca en un gimnasio, la mensualidad es barata para todo lo que tiene, así que lo recomiendo ampliamente.
A very good option for exercise enthusiasts of all types. From newbies to experienced.
There are many devices to work all muscle groups and the cardio area has not one or two, but three "infinite" stairs (although one has not worked for at least a couple of months)
I give it four stars because it does not have what is perhaps the most basic piece of any gym that is respected: power rack or squat rack. There is a Smith where you can fit an olympic bar and free squat, but it's a patch, not a fix.
They'd be three stars, but they offer custom routines (and I think nutritional guidance too) and that brings it up to four again.
In short, it has everything and more than the average person looks for in a gym, the monthly fee is cheap for everything you have, so I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un gimnasio bastante completo tiene gran cantidad de aparatos asi como equipo de cardio sin dejar aun lado los pesos libres, siempre hay alguien a quien acercarse por cualquier duda, permanece limpio y es un buen ambiente con música baños limpios y a mi parecer es barato
A fairly complete gym has a lot of equipment as well as cardio equipment without even leaving aside the free weights, there is always someone to approach with any questions, it remains clean and it is a good environment with music, clean bathrooms and in my opinion it is cheap
