It is a very nice place, the community lacks organization so that they obtain a little more benefits for themselves and they should definitely prohibit access to motorcyclists, there was a group doing "lucky" and raising dust, taking and leaving garbage when they left .

Do not expect to see a desert of dunes, it is the side of a hill, even so it is impressive and you can take some incredible photos! The entrance fee is 50 pesos per person that is paid to the community.

Incredible place, the sand is thick and you can walk without any problem, its great attraction makes it seem like you are visiting the red planet, the rocks are really sharp and you have to climb them very carefully.

The scenery is out of this world, just as advertised by the town. A 4x4 car will probably leave you further inside the town, if not, you will have to walk because there are parts of dirt, about half an hour because it is uphill. They charge $50 admission. I went with the expectation that the place where you take the photos would be immense, but it is not very small, since they fenced part of the dunes. But if they go, to know and that nobody tells them.

Very nice place, the only bad thing is the road to get there. At the entrance there is a notice that they charge to enter, in the end the cooperation is voluntary. And you know, do not leave garbage when visiting the dunes.

An "out of this world" place to visit, it is quite entertaining and different from what you can commonly visit, it has very beautiful landscapes, the only thing a bit complicated is the road to get there since the road in some parts is a bit deteriorated and the last section of the mine (you cross through "La Mina Negra") and the little town where the dunes are located is pure dirt and is a bit ugly. It is worth it if what you want is a good picnic in a remote and special place, with a fairly cool climate and an incredible view to take some photos. Admission is $50 and they charge you shortly before you get to the dunes.

This place is really unique. The bad thing is getting there… the roads are unmarked and you need to be careful when you’re driving because its all unpaved and rocky. The entrance is $100 pesos per person and you can take some hikes around the area, the views are spectacular, you really do feel like in mars

Very nice place, almost feels like, what I'm guessing, what Mars looks like! If you go all the way up to the property, there's this lady who owns the property, she charges 50 pesos per adult.
