Dune Buggy - 77600 San Miguel de Cozumel

Horrible experiencia, ES UNA ESTAFA. No son buggys, son carros sin puertas ni ventanas, el recorrido no tiene ningun atractivo, solo te llevan a que compres un tequila malisimo, y al final te llevan a un club de playa bastante malo. No compres este tour es una pérdida de tiempo y dinero

Realmente no se debería llamar buggy porque no tienen Buggies, esto realmente se puede considerar publicidad falsa, que tienen ? Cuatrimotos y unos carros adaptados para dar la vuelta a la isla, si buscas algo de acción, el tour de cuatrimotos por la selva y a la orilla del mar es magnífico los Guías son extremadamente atentos, pero si buscas una experiencia en buggy no es el lugar, nosotros nos decepcionamos mucho cuñaos pensamos que estábamos rentando un buggy y nos enteramos que era un carro modificado que no permite hacer lo mismo que el buggy de explorar lugares de difícil acceso con mucha potencia y adrenalina, nuestro tour estuvo muy bonito y lo disfrutamos a pesar de la sorpresa, recomiendo el tour de cuatrimotos el de buggy no tienen ninguno realmente buggy

Horrible experience. DO NOT BUY THIS TOUR! No buggys our car was broken or something so it was very long and annoying ride. Also from our car being broken we lost most of the time to go to the beach and do activities.

Avoid this company at all costs! Their vendors in Playa Del Carmen will overcharge you and once you get to Cozumel they will separate themselves from the vendors and say that they cannot help you. I paid $200 for a tour of Cozumel and was told by a female that we didn’t have enough time, but for a shorter trip on ATVs I would have to pay more money. She then told me if I had a problem I needed to take it up with the ticket vendor since Dune Buggy has nothing to do with them. She then asked if she can record me to give a complaint on the vendor. I asked her why if she already said she had nothing to do with them. We were driven around in a car and everything was rushed. A “Tequila Tour” was approximately 5 minutes long. The lady was quick to try and sell us overpriced tequila. “Lunch” was approximately 10 minutes long and the waiter ensured we knew his tip wasn’t included. The moment we were done a lady asked if we were ready and rushed us out of the restaurant. We were then taken to a little beach for a quick photo op and then rushed to catch the ferry back to Playa Del Carmen. Save your money. Below is a picture of the crook you should avoid in Playa. Eviten esta empresa a todo costo. Los vendedores en Playa Del Carmen te van a cobrar de mas! Al llegar a Cozumel, la empresa se va a quitar la culpa diciendo que ellos no tienen nada que ver con los vendedores. Guadalupe nos dijo que si queríamos para un tour de menos tiempo tendríamos que pagar más dinero. Le comenté que fue injusto lo que hizo el vendedor, y me respondió que si tenía un problema que me arreglara con el. Luego quiso grabar mi queja con su celular. Le dije que para que si ya me dijo que me arreglara con el rata de vendedor. $3,600 pesos para un tour aguado y unas quesadillas que podría a ver hecho yo en mi cocina.
