★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al ser mi primera experiencia, no fue del todo agradable. Si bien el local esta limpio, hay una buena organización, buen ambiente y la atención que brindan cuando llegas es excelente. Me quedo a desear bastante mi corte de cabello. El caballero que me atendió , le dije exactamente lo que quería, mi petición no fue nada complicada (eso creo), que respetará el largo y los lados sean del "0". Pero cuando metió el primer corte con la máquina, se llevó todo mi cabello, cosa que no quería para nada. Y el caballero que me atendió se dió cuenta de que se había pasado con el corte, pero está bien.. el cabello crecerá, pero al menos no pienso regresar ahí.
Por cierto no tienen precios ni en su página Facebook o en el local, todo se pregunta con la recepcionista. El costo del puro corte es de $150 pesos, si es pago con tarjeta $155. Desconozco el precio de una afeitada, o un cambio de color.
 Being my first experience, it was not pleasant at all. Although the place is clean, there is a good organization, a good atmosphere and the attention they provide when you arrive is excellent. I'm left to really want my haircut. The gentleman who attended me, I told him exactly what I wanted, my request was not complicated at all (I think so), that he will respect the length and the sides are "0". But when he made the first cut with the machine, he took all my hair, which I didn't want at all. And the gentleman who attended me realized that he had gone too far with the cut, but that's fine... the hair will grow, but at least I'm not going back there.
By the way, they don't have prices on their Facebook page or on the premises, everything is asked with the receptionist. The cost of the pure cut is $150 pesos, if it is paid by card $155. I don't know the price of a shave, or a color change.

Pésimo lugar, le falta muchísima atención al cliente, el lugar está sucio.
Al barbero que me toco, le enseñe una foto como ejemplo, explicándole lo que quería, sin embargo hizo caso omiso. No me corto el cabello como se lo pedi y se enojo cuando le dije que quería el fade mas alto con la excusa de “tengo que hacer todo el corte de nuevo”.
No dan atención al cliente, solo platican con sus compañeros y se les olvida que están tratando con el cabello de otras personas.
Aparte de todo, al pagar con tarjeta te cobran $5 mas, los cuales no te explican el porque.
Si estás pensando en probar sus servicios, no lo hagas, evita perder tu tiempo y dinero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, precios justos, las cosas de barbería como ya es bien sabido no es barato pero tienen excelentes productos, y los barberos no dudaran en darte una opción de acuerdo a tu corte y cabello y de verdad, saben lo que hacen.
Dos temas en contra .....saquen cita o vayan con tiempo, siempre te atienden sin dudas pero el tiempo de espera es variable, aún así vale la pena la espera, y el otro es.... Busquen dónde pararse en las calles aledañas por qué pararse en frente es muy difícil .
Good service, fair prices, barbershop stuff, as is well known, is not cheap but they have excellent products, and the barbers will not hesitate to give you an option according to your cut and hair and they really know what they are doing.
Two issues against ..... make an appointment or go early, they always serve you without a doubt but the waiting time is variable, it's still worth the wait, and the other is... Find where to stand in the surrounding streets why standing in front is very difficult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dunkel barber shop is a good option if you are at the neighborhood. You can ask for several packages from just a quick ?? to a spa treatment (nothing fancy).
Pros: Nice touch in the hair, the guy who attended me was always careful on how I wanted my cut.
Cons: ??cut wasn't spectacular, just as any beard cut in other barber shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was traveling from Oaxaca to Dallas, and needed a quick, simple haircut. The barber who attended me was very kind, and we had a wonderful conversation about the city. The haircut he gave me was perfect, and was even better than what I had requested. The price is also very reasonable. One last thing, when I showed up and asked for a haircut, one of the women there led me across the street and asked me to follow her. I was a little confused for a moment, but she pointed across the street to their SECOND LOCATION. TIP: the guy who cuts hair across the street (the one with long hair), he's amazing...and if you go to him, you will get a great deal.
