Fui a hacer valido un seguro de la llanta.. de parche por ponchadura... y me lo querían cobrar.. porque argumentaban que necesitaba otro tipo de parche.. que no lo hacían ellos.. la iban a enviar a otro lugar. Y posiblemente no quedara bien.. y quise hacer valido el seguro para cambiarla.. pagando mi respectivo deducible.. y fue otra odisea por que no la había comprado ahí.. y no la querían hacer valida...aun mostrándole la factura de compra.. al final de cuentas me la hicieron valida.. y me sacaron lo que tenia que pagar de deducible. Y me sali exactamente igual el precio... que si las comprara nuevas como una compra inicial... y el servicio lo hacen más a fuerzas que de ganas... hablo de mi experiencia.. espero a los demás no les suceda lo mismo... y tenga otra opinión...!!
Bad experience..!!!
I went to make a tire insurance valid .. of a patch for puncture ... and they wanted to charge me .. because they argued that I needed another type of patch .. that they did not do it .. they were going to send it to another place. And possibly it would not be right ... and I wanted to validate the insurance to change it ... paying my respective deductible ... and it was another odyssey because I had not bought it there ... and they did not want to make it valid ... even showing him the invoice of purchase .. in the end they made it valid .. and they took what I had to pay as a deductible. And the price came out exactly the same ... that if I bought them new as an initial purchase ... and the service is done more by force than desire ... I talk about my experience ... I hope the others will not happen what yourself ... and have another opinion ... !!
