Terrible service from the staff, when you arrive they don't even want to answer you on a good morning and if you ask them to help you download something they will make you expensive ?

The stores themselves are good, stocked and cheap products, the staff is the one that leaves much to be desired, not always friendly, perhaps they are pressured or stressed and that is shown in customer service.
