La Primera vez que me ocurrió después de esperar 35 minutos haciendo fila y que la caja no funcionaba bien, le exijo al encargado que pusiera a funcionar la otra caja o que resolviera el problema porque ya teníamos mucho tiempo esperando. Y a mí me gustan esas tiendas por pequeñas y que deberíamos salir rápido. Pues y es la 3a vez que me pasa y con otro encargado en el sitio. Parece que no les gusta su trabajo y que no saben que son la cara de una gran empresa donde mucha gente se esfuerza en impulsar la economía local. Creo que deberían capacitarlos, porque tienen con el público una actitud clasista , displizente y no muestran el mínimo interés ni respeto por los clientes.
