★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comparto pero a modo de exempleado, en general es buena y son muy profesionales en sus servicios, algo caros para lo que es, pero saben resolver el problema.
Pero...
Si van por trabajo, mejor no lo hagan porque tienen demasiada rotación y solo usan gente para cumplir en licitaciones cada año despiden más de la mitad de la nómina y como es empresa familiar...¿Quienes creen que tienen prioridad?..
Pues si.... Los familiares y amigos, todos los demás ajenos somos despedidos.
Lo peor es que no liquidan conforme la ley y te quieren dar un finiquito o cualquier cosa por tus servicios, sino te la hacen cansada con su parte legal.
Manejan buen ambiente y amigable para que confíes y puedan explotarte, pero repito... No son leales al trabajador, abusados!!!!!

But...
If they go for work, they better not do it because they have too much rotation and only use people to comply in tenders each year they dismiss more than half of the payroll and since it is a family business ... Who do you think they have priority?
Well yes .... Family and friends, all other outsiders are fired.
The worst thing is that they do not settle according to the law and they want to give you a settlement or anything for your services, but they make you tired with their legal part.
They manage a good and friendly environment so that you trust and can exploit you, but I repeat ... They are not loyal to the worker, abused !!!!!
