Durante 3 años he estado trabajando con ellos y estaba muy contenta con sus trabajos hasta el momento en el que el dueño Victor tomó el lugar de recepción y encuadre de entrega de trabajos.
Mi reconocimiento a las empleadas del lugar , son muy amables y profesionales con su rol laboral, además de ser sumamente pacientes y preocuparse por la satisfacción de los clientes .
Lamentablemente soy una clienta más a la que el dueño le ha negado continuar solicitando de sus servicios solo por pedir unas modificaciones antes de autorizar la impresión de una edición, ha sido muy despota y prepotente en sus atenciones.
Además quedan de enviar los trabajos para autorizar en un tiempo determinado y rebasa la fecha sin importar lo que implica para nosotros quedar mal tiempo y forma con clientes o en aspectos meramente personales.
Me sorprende que en esta época aún existan malos líderes sin ética y profesionalismo.
Es una lástima que en lugar de mejorar sus servicios y atención , prefieran perder clientes que han fomentado gran antigüedad en su empresa .
Recomiendo no contratar algún servicio con dicha Imprenta si lo que deseas es calidad y entrega a tiempo.

For 3 years I have been working with them and I was very happy with their work until the moment the owner Victor took over the place of reception and delivery of works.
My appreciation to the employees of the place, they are very kind and professional with their work role, in addition to being extremely patient and caring about customer satisfaction.
Unfortunately I am one more client to whom the owner has refused to continue requesting his services just for requesting some modifications before authorizing the printing of an edition, he has been very despotic and arrogant in his attentions.
They also have to send the works to authorize in a certain time and exceed the date regardless of what it means for us to have bad time and form with clients or in merely personal aspects.
It amazes me that in this age there are still bad leaders without ethics and professionalism.
It is a pity that instead of improving their services and attention, they prefer to lose clients who have fostered great length in their company.
I recommend not hiring any service with said Printing Company if what you want is quality and delivery on time.
