★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando quieren que compres el servicio es muy bueno; sin embargo cuando vas a hacer una devolución se inventan sus propias reglas.
En la pagina de Duque se indica lo siguiente:
...Se solicitará una identificación oficial para las devoluciones a las tarjetas de crédito o débito (en caso de tiendas físicas).
PERO, al solicitar una devolución te dicen que su política es nunca devolver dinero y solo te dan un voucher o cupón para comprar en la tienda. Mi compra fue con tarjeta de débito. Pésimo trato y servicio de la vendedora.
