★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día jueves 27 de mayo, fueron mis papás a hacerse unos análisis prenupciales, como a las 3:30 de la tarde y a mi papá al momento de tomarle la muestra, la chica que le tomo la muestra de sangre no podía y le daba vueltas a la jeringa y nada, pues al parecer le atravesó la vena, pues se le hizo una bola enorme donde le puso la aguja y mi papá no nos dijo nada, hasta hoy sábado 29 aún tiene una pequeña bola y morado en la parte de dónde le tomaron la muestra, pero ya no pudo hacer nada porque se molestó mucho el día jueves. No recomiendo este laboratorio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He visto todas las publicaciones y me he percatado que solo le contestan a los que hablan bien del laboratorio, ó los que se quejan por cosas que no son importantes. Pero de los que se quejan por el maltrato a los pacientes ni siquiera una disculpa les dan. Yo andaba buscando laboratorio para hacerme unos estudios pero viendo lo mal que han atendido y que no les interesa la opinión de los pacientes pues me iré a otro laboratorio. Lastima porque hace años atendían muy bien. Ah y tengan en cuenta que ya no son el único laboratorio en Texcoco, ya uno puede escoger dónde mejor lo traten.
I have seen all the publications and I have realized that they only answer those who speak well of the laboratory, or those who complain about things that are not important. But those who complain about the mistreatment of patients do not even give an apology. I was looking for a laboratory to do some studies but seeing how badly they have attended and that they are not interested in the opinion of the patients because I will go to another laboratory. Too bad because years ago they attended very well. Oh and keep in mind that you are no longer the only laboratory in Texcoco, you can already choose where you are best treated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención, hacen los estudios que ellos escogen, y sus costos no son los que anuncian, y quedan en enviarte los estudios por correo y no lo hacen y todavía te dicen que te tienen que cobrar por mandarlos via mail.
Bad attention, they do the studies that they choose, and their costs are not what they advertise, and they agree to send you the studies by mail and they don't do it and they still tell you that they have to charge you for sending them via mail.
