There's a lot of opportunities to improve such as allowing local car rentals in the Airport

This place is the most unorganized facility I have ever dealt with. The sign say they are to open at 8:40 I get here early so I can check in and they made me miss my flight since no one here showed up to work. I had to move my flight thanks to them, and had to pay extra. Now I'm here in line again waiting on someone to help me and no one to be found!

DGO is a rather small international airport but given the small amount of flights that come in here, it seems rather appropriate. The staff is kind and as long as you know what you're doing (do some research beforehand) you'll be just fine. I'm sure that this place will grow just like the city of Durango is doing.

It is a relatively small facility with few basic services. It has couple of shops before and after the security gate. The facility is clean and well attended to. The airport is located approximately 30 minutes outside of the city center. If you have a check-in luggage, you may have to pay a fee. While you can pay by credit card, you will be requested to produce an ID with the credit card billing address...

This airport is pretty small compared to other airports. Getting through immigration and baggage claim was pretty quick because of it. The parking lot is right outside as well, so over all, you're looking at maybe 30-45 mins to getting to your car from the moment you step off the plane.

Very small airport. While arriving the staff was extremely rude to the person next to us. On the way back, our gate had a small convenience store. We were able to get our Covid test done here one day before departing back home.
