★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio yo lleve a nitrurar 4 piezas para molde de inyección de plastico, estaban pulidas a espejo y estaban envueltas con maskintape para evitar rayaduras, al entregársela yo a ellos la señora las desenvolvió una a una para revisar que no estuvieran golpeadas o rayadas y sin problema aceptó que estaban bien.
El día que me las entregaron las revise y 2 de las piezas estaban golpeadas y rayadas y no se hicieron responsables por su error, no quisieron reponerme el costo de la fabricación de las piezas y perdí mucho dinero y tiempo.
Terrible service I took to nitride 4 pieces for plastic injection mold, they were mirror polished and were wrapped with maskintape to avoid scratches, when I gave it to them the lady unwrapped them one by one to check that they were not beaten or scratched and without problem accepted that they were fine.
The day they were delivered to me, I checked them and 2 of the pieces were beaten and scratched and they were not responsible for their error, they did not want to replace the cost of manufacturing the pieces and I lost a lot of money and time.
