No cumplen varias de las normas de la STPS y mucho menos las de ECOL, es muy austera, exigente y con líderes y jefes prepotentes, que no respetan sus propias políticas de empresa. Hasta ahora, es la peor empresa donde he trabajado, pero la necesidad lo obliga a uno, y es eso, la empresa se aprovecha de la necesidad de la gente en la actual situación, sabiendo que no hay otra alternativa de empleo, pagan poco, condiciones precarias de trabajo y total indiferencia por parte de dueños y gerentes. Añadiendo... En su política ambiental citan que "se cumple con las leyes y reglamentaciones medioambientales aplicables". Yo sólo quiero decir: NOM-002-ECOL-1996. Se toman todo personal, tanto gerentes como desarrollo humano, cuando haces algo que no les parece (porque a veces uno peca en decir la verdad) te ponen trabas y te ponen el pie, insisto, se lo toman personal y las personas en puestos de gerente, vigilantes y desarrollo humano se sienten inalcanzables e intocables. P	Paco Sujet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se corre alto peligro al respirar tantos productos quimicos como pinol, fabuloso, cloro, etc... por 8 hrs... eso es lo que producen y empaquetan, obvio el operario(persona de alta capacidad de humildad y respeto) lo hace porque haya que comer. no cumplen con las condiciones y reglamentos de seguridad e higiene. observan e identifican los operarios que no les gustan... y con cosas de "alta seguiridad(sarcasmo)" como prohibir a personas con barba y bigote entrar creen cumplir esos reglamentos. eso si, un charco de un producto quimico en el piso altamente toxico que lo pisen todos en los pasillos y no pasa nada...
