La carne chiclosa, el pollo es una hebra capeada con huevo y varias capas de harina hasta que parezca un trozo de pollo!
La sazón no es mala pero estos detalles son para comida de menos precio y por el costo la verdad no vale la pena

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una lugar bastante mal atendido, la cajera en su celular, entrega mal el cambio y le fallan las cuentas, y la que sirve la comida te ve mal todo el tiempo. Tristemente era un lugar al que iba por este auténtico sabor casero, pero tras está experiencia no creo volver a comer aquí ni en ninguna de sus otras sucursales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de la chica que estaba en caja es PÉSIMO, no saluda, no habla prácticamente, su servicio deja mucho que desear principalmente por la actitud que se carga; muy distinto a la chica que te sirve los alimentos, si le preguntas alguna duda que tengas, te contesta y te atiende de buena manera. El sabor del pollo estaba muy rico, el fideo podría mejorar, los rollos primavera algo insípidos y la salsa agridulce sabe muy agria, no se si estaba echada a perder.
Pienso que los puntos negativos que tienen podrían mejorar sin duda, decidí comer aquí ya que tenía mucho antojo de comida de este tipo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porciones grandes (compré el combo de 3 guisados con arroz/spaguetti por $118; pero el pollo a la naranja solo era harina y sin pollo, el guisado de Res con brócoli casi no traía carne, las costillas no eran a la BBQ, era una salsa roja de sabor desconocido. El spaguetti sabía al carbón y le quitó lo rico a los demás guisados porque se terminó revolviendo. El arroz no es nada del otro mundo.
En mostrador atienden lento porque la que te cobra te sirve.
No dan soya ni salsa agridulce, pedí palillos y me dijeron que tampoco tenían.
Fui por la tarde/noche y se veía que estaban limpiando “rápidito” porque ya se querían ir a casa. Anteriormente los guisados sabían mejor.
Large portions (I bought the 3 stew with rice/spaghetti combo for $118; but the Orange Chicken was just flour and no chicken, the Beef Broccoli Stew had almost no meat, the ribs weren't BBQ, it was a red sauce of unknown flavor.The spaghetti tasted like charcoal and took the richness out of the other stews because it ended up being stirred.The rice is nothing to write home about.
At the counter they serve you slowly because the one that charges you serves you.
They don't give soy or sweet and sour sauce, I asked for chopsticks and they told me they didn't have either.
I went in the afternoon/evening and you could see that they were cleaning “quickly” because they already wanted to go home. Previously the stews tasted better.

Esta señora levantando pedidos en caja no tiene educación. Intento subir su foto. Hay que evitar el lugar y tan grosero personal. Se me negó ser atendidos por alguien más también. Así que no ponemos cero estrellas porque no es opción para opinar. No porque no lo merezca este negocio.
Terrible experience. We see that the food is not only bad because of the shared opinions. We were denied service. Horrible staff, across from children as well. This lady picking up orders at checkout is uneducated. I'm trying to upload your photo. Must avoid place and such rude staff. I was denied being served by someone else as well. So we do not put zero stars because it is not an option to comment. Not because this business doesn't deserve it.

La comida pésima la carne de res o de cerdo super cruda. Pedí me la cambiarán y que vieran lo dirá que estaba y con sus caras largas lo hicieron

Una comida corrida en un restaurante cuesta $75 y te sirven tres tiempos y el agua; aquí a parte, tienes que pagar el agua. Definitivamente, si tienen hambre, ésta no es opción. Además de un pésimo sazón. El arroz seco y desabrido, la carne dura y para arovechar el brócoli al máximo ponen el tronco en trozos.
