Dynasty Legendary Chinese Food - 06840 Ciudad de México

En primer punto mi orden llegó incompleta, (Didi) NO SE TOMARON LA MOLESTIA DE LEER LOS MENSAJES QUE ENVIÉ, PARA EL REEMBOLSO, segundo la comida es pésima, sin sabor, y super mal preparada. Y por último las galletas de la fortuna que mandan están rancias.!!! JAMÁS PIDAN AQUI!!!!

Nunca coman en esos lugares, nos dan la comida de la publicidad y por eso no tienen sabor, en lugar de ser comida de verdad.

Debería de existir la opción de cero estrellas, el arroz y la pasta me la vendieron hechada a perder , los rollos primavera crudos y las costillas agridulces no tenían sabor.

Pésima calidad pesimo producto, no lo recomiendo para nada Nada de sabor Asco de comida

El Servicio.."pesimo" de la srita. que atiende y cobra!! Sinceramente no tiene actitud ni la aptitud para su trabajo!! Es triste que cuenten con ese personal laborando!! Y comida pesima!! Salgo y termino decepcionado de este lugar!! NO LO RECOMIENDO.....

Hace unos días fui con mi novia a comprar u en este sucursal y me atendieron bastante bien , buena comida y exelente servicio ?

Terrible service, I ordered a beverage and it came hot I ask for ice and they told me that they didn’t have any? I told him I’m not going to drink my soda if it’s hot. They didn’t seem to care very much. In fact one person told me while you already purchased it so it doesn’t matter. And I was very confused someone was telling me just take it home maybe you can put it in the refrigerator and drink it later however I ordered the food for dine in. Didn’t order to soda so I can carry it around all day while I’m doing my shopping. It was pretty much the worst service that I have had so far visiting Mexico normally do people are so polite and will help you with anything. Someone even suggested that I go to a different store to order the soda well they wouldn’t refund my soda. Why should I have to purchase a soda multiple times in order to get what I need. Of course I’m not in the United States of America but I am very surprised at the fact that any restaurant wouldn’t have ice. I actually have a refrigerator in the front but they’re not stocking it they’re choosing to keep all of their beverages outside of the refrigerator. Situation could’ve easily be rectified if they Just simply cab there beverages in the refrigerator. Or maybe even told their customers that they don’t refrigerator beverages at least give them the option of Not purchasing a hot beverage.
