★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dyson México, es una compañía de productos catalogada como premier en México que da un servicio de 3ra clase, aqui en Mexico se paga más caro por un producto por el tema de impuestos y por ser una marca de lujo con pésimo, horrible servicio al cliente, no saben que es una marca de Guante Blanco, no saben dar soluciones para personas que pagan los precios de sus productos, por supuesto aqui en Mexico, si fuera otro pais la solucion la tendrás en 24 hrs, dan promesas en lugar de soluciones.
Dyson México, is a product company listed as premier in Mexico that provides a 3rd class service, here in Mexico you pay more expensive for a product due to taxes and for being a luxury brand with lousy, horrible customer service , they do not know that it is a brand of White Glove, they do not know how to provide solutions for people who pay the prices of their products, of course here in Mexico, if it were another country you will have the solution in 24 hours, they give promises instead of solutions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagué de contado en el sitio de Dyson una aspiradora el 21 de mayo (hace 13 días...) y no la he recibido pese a que en el sitio se comprometen a una entrega de 2-3 días. El seguimiento de las quejas lo dan en Estados Unidos, no es rápido, pides opción de reembolso y te la niegan. Lo más reciente es que la iban a entregar a través de DHL el 1o de junio, falso siguen sin entregarla. No compren Dyson MX.
I paid in cash at the Dyson site for a vacuum cleaner on May 21 (13 days ago ...) and I have not received it even though the site is committed to a 2-3 day delivery. Tracking complaints is given in the United States, it is not fast, you ask for a refund option and they deny it. The most recent is that they were going to deliver it through DHL on June 1st, false they still do not deliver it. Don't buy Dyson MX.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. Tried to pay online. Representatives sent my wife all over town with bad information no respect for her time. On the phone for hours. 100% a leadership issue. Dyson Mexico execs need a reckoning from corporate.
